interviewee：thank you! now i share with you a project of german outdoor advertising machine. this is a successful creative project that i did. cause at that time, after my research of outdoor advertising markets , i found a phenomenon, general advertising machine on the market is still rely on the wiring electricity, then the content of broadcast advertising machine requires human to update, if late advertising machine in remote areas or on the road, repair questions is quite trouble. some of the machines are even out of control because they are exposed to the sun and rain outside.
interviewee： i met german businessman wulfuling, who told me he was going to launch a large number of advertising machines, but the supplier has not been selected yet. we are just one of them. when i talk to him face to face, i also refer to my industry research results, and then i talked to him we are making a r&d of a new outdoor advertising machine project: a built-in monitoring, can remote positioning and real-time updates with solar outdoor advertising machine.
interviewer： i wonder how he finally decided to choose you as the project solution provider?
interviewee：it took me nearly 10 working days to sort out technical materials and making a project proposal book. in addition, we mark the mature technologies in the past, and show the new ones. later, we also show our successful cases in china. and then, we provide free on-site installation and training for one year for the end users. after one year, we provide free maintenance guidance and software update for lifetime. it also provides paid service for replacement and upgrading of spare parts to ensure the end customers have no worry about using them. in the discussion, i have always emphasized that our after-sales service accounts for 50%. after several rounds of negotiations, i finally succeeded in winning this german project.
